Top Employer Of Veterans

Also this year, the company was selected by CivilianJobs.com as a finalist for the Most Valuable Employers (MVE) for Military® award. The company has also been ranked among U.S. Veterans magazine’s Best of the Best Top Veteran-Friendly Companies.
Recuriting America’s Brave
Kahn reports that U.S. Security Associates specifically targets veteran jobseekers through its military hiring program, Recruiting America’s Brave. “We have always been military-friendly,” says Kahn, “but we have hired veterans in record numbers since joining the 100,000 Jobs Mission in 2013.” U.S. Security Associates is one of approximately 200,000 employers participating in the coalition formerly named the 100,000 Jobs Mission. The name was changed to the Veterans Job Mission after coalition companies surpassed the original 100,000 jobs goal. The new goal is to hire 1,000,000 veterans.
According to Wyckoff, U.S. Security Associates offers veterans more than a job. “We offer them a future.” Wyckoff describes transitioning military and veterans as very desirable candidates. “They are first-class leaders, project managers, and problem solvers with skills and mindsets that translate well in security.
