Paxton Access Inc. has updated its installer training offering for 2022, with a focus on in-person, hands-on sessions. Delivering free installer training has always been at the heart of Paxton’s business strategy.

In fact, over 1400 installers participated in Paxton training sessions in 2021. 120 more installers registered for training just last week during ISC West. These hands-on sessions offer guidance on the installation of Paxton’s networked access control system Net2, as well as Paxton10, which combines access control with video management on one single platform.

Advanced virtual sessions

For 2022 Paxton is offering new, comprehensive in-person training sessions for both Net2, and Paxton10. Taking just 8 hours each, the training provides attendees with the basics of the system right through to advanced functionality.

In-person sessions combine all the learning objectives from Paxton’s popular virtual training

In-person sessions combine all the learning objectives from Paxton’s popular virtual training, but with an experienced Paxton expert, live and on-hand to support. An installer from a recent training session said, “The training was very informative and kept our interest the entire time. Very clean presentation!” To complete their training offering and make it really simple, they will also offer Advanced virtual sessions for Paxton10.

Advanced training sessions

These Advanced sessions will help installers unlock the full power of Paxton10’s forward-thinking technology from the comfort and convenience of their home, or workplace.

Steve Woodbridge, Paxton’s Global Training Manager explains: “We have been successfully delivering Net2 Essential and Advanced training sessions to thousands of installers annually. Paxton10 has been developed to be simple to install and commission, and the Paxton10 training sessions allow attendees to experience this first-hand, ensuring they have the knowledge to make their installation and site management straightforward.”
