Integrity360 has acquired Johannesburg-based Redshift, a respected cyber security services company, as part of its ongoing global expansion and commitment to the African market. Specific terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
This acquisition aligns with Integrity360's significant regional investments following the 2024 and early 2025 purchases of the Grove Group and Nclose.
With the addition of Redshift, Integrity360's team in South Africa now exceeds 230 employees, addressing customer needs throughout the continent.
Key Locations and Services
The operations in Johannesburg and Cape Town serve as strategic locations for Integrity360's integrated "global SOC" (Security Operations Centre), which offers a broad range of managed services.
These include Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions for customers both locally and internationally.
Redshift has garnered a reputation for its excellence in cyber security testing
Established in 2015, Redshift has garnered a reputation for its excellence in cyber security testing, cybercrime investigations, anti-fraud advisory, group takedowns, cyber intelligence, and managed services. Redshift brings a client base of approximately 50 organizations, including leading finance, banking, and telecommunications companies in South Africa, along with around 40 employees, into Integrity360's fold.
Regional Center of Excellence
Redshift will become a pivotal regional center of excellence for cyber security testing and will integrate with existing Integrity360 advisory and managed services in the area. Integrity360 plans to invest in Redshift's growth, leveraging the broader group's substantial resources.
Clients of Redshift will gain from the extensive and complementary cyber services portfolio offered by Integrity360.
This includes cyber risk and assurance, 24/7 incident response and forensic services, infrastructure and technology solutions, PCI compliance, OT (operational technology) consulting, and a wide range of managed services such as Managed SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) and Managed CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management). An innovative array of XDR/MDR solutions is also available.
