The i-PRO BWC4000 body-worn camera features a 12-hour field-swappable battery for extended operation

The i-PRO BWC4000 body-worn camera features a 12-hour field-swappable battery for extended operation. The unit features a two-piece design that is IP67 / MIL-STD-810H rated to ensure high-quality capture of video and audio evidence in nearly any condition. The BWC4000 records in 1080P or 720P resolution with H.264 / H.265 video compression.

File format recording

Additional features include MP4 video file format recording and playback, an LCD menu for easy operation, 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios, four microphones for clear audio recording, a built-in GPS, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. A smartphone application provides secure access for the review and classification of recorded videos.

Taking mobile video technology into the future, the i-PRO ICV4000 in-car video system features a powerful new video processing unit (VPU4000), wireless networking, new security features, and improved image quality. Additional features include MPEG-4 recording, SSD drive lock, and AES/256 encryption to ensure evidence integrity, Bluetooth, and two wireless LAN modules for enhanced connectivity, wider field of view, and multiple optical/digital zoom levels to provide enhanced detail.

Evidence management system

CloUDE can manage files of any size with no restrictions, convert video automatically to a browser-friendly format

CloUDE powered by Genetec is a digital evidence management system (DEMS) that stores all types of digital evidence in the cloud on a secure and scalable open SaaS platform. This highly versatile solution offers numerous benefits, including the ability to provide immediate access to evidence, limit information sharing to authorized individuals, manage all cases and files from a single application, and reduce the costs related to copying evidence to DVDs and shared drives. Redaction capability is integrated within the CloUDE DEMS solution.

Additionally, CloUDE can manage files of any size with no restrictions, convert video automatically to a browser-friendly format, eliminate the need to download and install stand-alone video players, and document user actions in the system’s audit trails. All these features combine to maintain a chain of custody for all evidence while reducing the cost and time spent on evidence management.

Multi-User Management

The i-PRO server-based Unified Digital Evidence (UDE) helps to simplify and automate compliance and evidence documentation. UDE provides centralized management of all body-worn and in-car cameras from a single dashboard, controls access and editing privileges for authorized personnel, automated video, and data retention policies, and secures sharing of digital evidence to authorized third parties.

IDguard redaction software reduces up to 90% of the manual effort associated with editing video files with sensitive content. The automated solution provides strict, secure, multi-user management with critical editing capabilities, and can be deployed as a stand-alone application or integrated with server-based UDE systems.
