Gallagher Security Australia has announced the appointment of three key figures to its New South Wales (NSW) and Australian Capital Territory (ACT) team. This initiative underscores the company's dedication to enhancing its security solutions and providing robust support across these pivotal Australian regions.
Craig Schutte, Executive Vice President for Asia-Pacific and India, Middle East & Africa (APAC and IMEA), expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “The unique strengths and experience they bring to their roles will help Gallagher continue to grow its presence and help to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers and partners in NSW and ACT.”
New Strategic Appointments
The new appointees include Nathan Walters, who comes on board as the Senior Business Development Manager for NSW and ACT. Walters brings with him over 15 years of industry experience, which is expected to play a crucial role in fostering Gallagher’s market growth and partnerships.
Scott Johnstone, Gallagher’s National Sales Manager, commented on Nathan's background, saying, “With a background spanning manufacturing and R&D, customer service, and large-scale system consultation, Nathan’s technical expertise and proven sales success make him a valuable addition to the Gallagher team.”
Based in Sydney, Walters will focus on strategic growth, establishing new business opportunities, and enhancing relationships with both Channel Partners and industry influencers.
Strengthening Technical Expertise
Greg Lawrence will also serve as a Technical Account Manager, boosting the technical support
Joining Nathan Walters in the team are Andrew Myssonski and Greg Lawrence, both taking up roles as Technical Account Managers for NSW and ACT. Andrew Myssonski, based in Canberra, offers a substantial background in physical security and enterprise technology, having held positions such as Solution Architect at the Department of Parliamentary Services and technical leadership roles at Wormald Security and CIC Technology.
According to Johnstone, “His deep regional knowledge and passion for technical excellence will be instrumental in supporting Gallagher’s partners and customers.”
Greg Lawrence will also serve as a Technical Account Manager, boosting the technical support and customer service in the region. Johnstone stated, “We’re pleased to welcome Greg to Gallagher. He has phenomenal experience and a deep understanding of the security industry, and with strong connections in New South Wales, he’s well-positioned to make an impact. He has a proven ability to take a project from infancy through to completion, and we’re confident he will contribute strongly. He’s already familiar with our products, which will help him hit the ground running.”
