OnSSI appoints Ascend as its manufacturer's representative serving Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas
Ascend's video surveillance focus position it well to represent OnSSI's IP software solutions

OnSSI, the market leader in open architecture, intelligent IP video surveillance software, has appointed Ascend Group as a new manufacturer's representative serving Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas.

 Ascend Group, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, has operated in four states since 1997 and is known as an industry leader serving critical information users with next-generation technologies and cost-effective solutions. The rep firm's strong networking expertise and video surveillance focus position it well to represent OnSSI's IP video software solutions.

OnSSI just released Version 3.5 of its flagship Ocularis IP video surveillance and security platform, including new features designed in response to industry changes and market demands. Better system management and performance optimisation include enhanced control of camera features and user access privileges and overall greater system flexibility. OnSSI also recently introduced Ocularis-X server software to enable web clients to access live and playback HD video streams from multiple megapixel cameras over limited bandwidth networks (3G/4G), broadband and the Internet.
