Allied Universal, a security and facility services provider, announces that Kelly Jacobs has been included in the San Diego Business Journal’s (SDBJ) 2023 ‘HR & Diversity Professionals of the Year Honorees’ list.

As Allied Universal’s regional human resources manager for San Diego, Desert Cities, Ontario and the Inland Empire, Jacobs is responsible for employee relations, compliance, claims management and internal investigations for more than 9,500 employees in the region.
