Allied Universal®, a security and facility services provider, announces the appointment of Jose Ubieta as president of the company’s mid-Atlantic region. Ubieta oversees sales, operations, profitability and growth of the company’s guarding business while partnering with other business units to expand service offerings in the region.
Ubieta most recently served as regional vice president for the company’s Miami, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Island territories where he was responsible for sales, operations and overseeing security services for more than 245 clients.

Revenue and client satisfaction
During Ubieta’ s 15-year tenure with Allied Universal, he has served in a wide range of executive leadership roles and, in his most recent position, was responsible for more than $170 million in revenue and management of a workforce of a nearly 4,000 security professionals.
Ubieta earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from Florida International University in Miami and has served on the Private Investigative, Recovery and Security Advisory Council for the State of Florida.
