Allegion US has introduced a series of improvements to its LCN 2800IQ and 9500IQ Senior Swing series door operators, incorporating the innovative AdaptivIQ technology.
These enhancements are designed to offer both durability and efficiency in high-traffic environments such as healthcare facilities and office buildings, delivering reliable performance throughout the year.
Innovative Technology
The AdaptivIQ technology, along with the Smart Power Boost feature, equips the automatic door operator to adjust to seasonal changes and fluctuations in conditions caused by factors like wind, carpet drag, and HVAC stack pressure.
This self-calibrating system ensures smooth operation with minimal maintenance requirements, facilitating consistent performance and peace of mind.

The installation process is simplified by new hook-and-cleat hardware, which provides easy and secure hands-free holding of both the motor gearbox and control box during setup.
The newly enhanced control box comes equipped with 23 customizable user settings, an intuitive LCD screen, and offers real-time diagnostics alongside a self-calibration cycle.

Upgrade Availability and Showcase
Customers with existing LCN Senior Swing units have the option to upgrade by installing the updated motor gearbox and new control box. Upgrade kits are available for purchase.
