Following the successful launch of HID Identity in the Americas, the newly formed service organization will operate under the auspices of HID Global AG in Geroldswil, Switzerland. HID Global combined the talents and resources of Interlock AG and Printoplast GmbH, along with HID's EMEA Card Service Bureau, to launch this new unit that specialises in secure card manufacturing, identity related software and credential issuance processes. As an expertise group within HID Global, the newly formed HID Identity organization offers longstanding and industry-recognized expertise in multi-technology personal identity card production, card customisation and accessories.
The organization brings more than 30 years of experience in creating multi-technology personal identity cards. Offering unrivalled levels of security, sophistication and flexibility, the company's card production and printing facilities in Geroldswil, Switzerland, are fully equipped to serve HID Global's EMEA customers. HID Identity highlights the strategic importance that HID Global places on card production and personalisation for its customers.
