Over in China, Chongqing is upgrading its security systems with the help of Hikvision and Infinova. Hikvision announced a contract renewal of Chongqing’s safe city programme, a project to upgrade and expand the city’s surveillance system. Safeguarding Chongqing’s metro line are over 700 Infinova cameras located at the platforms, station centres and inside the train cars.
