In today’s weekly news round-up, Dallmeier has announced that its Panomera Roadshow is back on tour in 2013. From the end of May until mid July, Dallmeier will be taking its patented multifocal sensor system on the road, touring through Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, the Netherlands and Poland. In events news, Nedap and The University of Nottingham will make a  joint presentation titled “Streamlining the access control function in a university environment” at the HECSA Conference and Exhibition on 4th of June 2013. In application news, a DirectIP HD surveillance solution from IDIS has been deployed by Albert Heijn supermarket in the Netherlands. The store now has sixteen DirectIP HD cameras with a 32-channel NVR featuring a 24-port PoE switch. In corporate news, Hikvision has announced a new collaboration with Al Rams Group, the largest electronics trading company in the UAE. From now on, Al Rams Group will serve the strategic partner for Hikvision’s complete product range within this market.
