In today’s news round-up, an agreement has been signed which will see the controlling shareholders of Samsung Techwin and other Samsung Group affiliates sell their holding stakes in Samsung Techwin to Hanwha Group. The transaction is expected to be completed during the first half of 2015. In other corporate news, Hikvision recently hosted a diverse group of European customers at the company’s headquarters in Hangzhou, China. Thirty-three customers from across Western, Central and Eastern Europe, spent six days where they learned about Hikvision’s assortment of unique products and were treated to cultural outings.
