In today’s news round-up, IHS reported that global unit shipments of smart cards are expected to rise by 2.1 billion from 2014 through 2019 — about equal to the combined populations of China, the United States, Indonesia and Brazil. In application news, VIVOTEK IP cameras have been deployed in a factory based in India.
