In today’s news round-up, HID Global has joined forces with DLRS Group and X INFOTECH to develop and implement the newly designed Irish electronic passport (e-passport). Working together, the companies are providing an end-to-end solution including e-passport delivery, personalisation and production management. In application news, CEM Systems has been awarded a contract to secure the largest single NHS hospital build in Scotland. The New South Glasgow Hospitals will feature a multi-million pound Intelligent Building solution including the CEM AC2000 Security Management System.
