Colin will work with hotel companies across the Midlands and the Northern regions to provide them with bespoke security solutions. In application news, Mul-T-Lock’s SMARTair™ electronic handle sets are set to be installed at the HQ Bar & Restaurant’s  four-star independent hotels, The Glen Mona and The Rosslyn. HQ Bar & Restaurant made the decision to purchase more of the SMARTair™ sets following their successful deployment at the group’s Mereside Hotel.

In corporate news, STANLEY Security Director of Global Product Integration, Joshua Jackson, has been elected as Vice Chairman of the Physical Security Interoperability Alliance (PSIA). Jackson will help develop specifications for enabling standards-based sharing of digital data and intelligence throughout the physical security and enterprise ecosystems. Over in Australia, IndigoVision’s Technology Expo is touring the country from 17th-31st July. Visitors will be able to see the latest in technology updates and advancements from IndigoVision, including SMART.core technology and the new Ultra 2K.
