In today’s news round-up, AxxonSoft has broadened its software support to include integration with the new Super LoLux HD line of IP cameras from JVC. The Super LoLux HD line of IP cameras uses state-of-the-art JVC Super LoLux CMOS sensors that support 1080p resolution. Octavian Security has relocated back to Nottingham from its former headquarters in Derby. The company will now be based close to Nottingham City Centre in a 5,680 sq. ft. unit on Riverside Business Park. Also in corporate news, icomply have announced a technology integration partnership with Tecton.

In applications news, Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies and the CBORD Group, Inc., have announced the successful roll-out of near field communication (NFC)-enabled campus card credentials at the University of San Francisco (USF) for door access and spending at laundry terminals. Over in Taiwan, MeHAS city, a huge housing complex of some 1,600 apartments, has decided to deploy Compro P55 megapixel network cameras in its perimeter security system.
