In today’s news round-up, CNL Software’s IPSecurityCenter has been deployed to help protect a multi-billion dollar port organisation. During an emergency, the Command Center is able to give selective remote access to video surveillance for the city’s Emergency Management team. In events news, Secutech 2013, which opens on the 24th of April, will include over 510 security exhibitors from 19 countries and regions. Highlights of this year’s show will include the Access Control pavilion, where exhibitors will display products such as access control for parking and gates, as well as smart home equipment.
