In application news, Cassidian’s radio communication technology was used to secure Stockholm during the recent royal wedding. Using the Swedish nationwide Rakel TETRA radio communication system provided by Cassidian and operated by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, the Stockholm Police together with the Swedish Security Service were responsible for the safety of some 470 high-ranking guests. In other application news, AG Neovo has been chosen by Taipei Metro to provide the CCTV displays it needs for a new route, the Xinyi Line. Twenty five units of AG Neovo’s SX-19P have been installed at information desks across seven stations. In addition, the RX-W32 has been deployed at train platforms to monitor the safety of passengers.
