In today’s news round-up, AxxonSoft and Grand Prix have installed security and video management systems at a Russian factory of Oriflame, a leading cosmetics manufacturer. The factory required a flexible, scalable, and geographically distributed video management system and AxxonSoft’s Intellect PSIM met these requirements. In application news, TDSi’s access control and security systems have been deployed by Global Entertainment Consortium, Rubicon Group Holding (RGH), to secure its central server facility in Amman, Jordan. A MICROgarde controller and two EXprox readers were installed, securing access to the server room and monitoring the flow of individuals entering and exiting the building.

In other application news, Mul-T-Lock and Blackheath Locksmiths have upgraded the security system at Woodhill Primary School in Woolwich, by creating a bespoke master key solution to offer complete key control and security. Blackheath Locksmiths introduced the concept of an all-encompassing master key suite based on Mul-T-Lock’s Integrator system, which provides high quality protection and reduces the number of keys required. CEM Systems, part of Tyco Security Products, recently announced that its industry leading AC2000 security management system has been selected to secure the offices of the 5-star Malaysia Airlines.
