In today’s news round-up, Tyco Security Products has announced that it will be exhibiting its comprehensive portfolio of purpose-built access control, video, intrusion and PSIM solutions at Intersec 2014. Tyco will also showcase VMS solutions from the newly acquired Exacq Technologies at the event. Over in Germany, Securfid has joined LEGIC’s partner network. The accreditation as official LEGIC license partner allows the company to implement the LEGIC technology into individual and secure solutions.

In corporate news, Hikvision recently announced a product integration partnership with Prysm. All Hikvision products now fully integrate with Prysm’s AppVision Physical Security Integration Manager, allowing Hikvision’s products to be managed directly from the AppVision PSIM video wall and video matrix.
